Tipiel develops projects with a group of managers that have a large experience in the Energy, Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Biofuel sectors. Applying the PMI (Project Management Institute) methodology we are able to accomplish in a successful way the obligations acquired with customers and goals that were planned in the project.

Our project managers have the abilities and the experience to lead the different groups of engineering, purchase, organization, cost control, and construction and they also make each project to be developed in an integral way, with strict monitoring of the costs, activities, documents and the development of the engineering and construction.

Within the important activities of a project, there is the development of different workshops that reduce mistakes and omissions in the engineering during the construction. Tipiel leads the constructability, risks, maturing of projects, Hazop workshops, among others. We also check the integrity of the projects in 3D (three dimensional) models.

Our project management groups are conformed by specialists in: Construction and purchasing, engineering coordination, planning, quality control, documentation; all of them report to the project manager.
